At Access Denied, we want to ensure you are fully satisfied with your purchase; if you are not, we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges on all eligible items. All returned products must be in their original, unused condition with all tags and security seals intact.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Print Return Label

  Once approved, a prepaid shipping label will be sent to your email; simply print it out and attach it securely to your original packaging.

  Drop Off Shipment

  Take your package to the nearest authorized carrier location to ensure a safe and tracked transit back to our distribution center.

• 4.
  Quality Inspection & Refund

  After our team inspects the returned goods, your refund will be processed back to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
